About the Event
In this unique unleashed style Retreat you will have the opportunity to explore all the beauty that nature has to offer as we escape the everyday for 60 minutes on our paddle boards and let our souls float open and become refreshed. You will then be guided through a 30 minute freestyle (vinyasa) land yoga practice that will encourage you to just let go. To complete your unleashed experience you will be lead by an amazing professional artist to unadult, forget what you think art may be about and learn how to enjoy and watch inks flow, blend and become something beautiful created by you! Active Meditation through art.
